At WebHubPro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. By paying for our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. This advance covers the initial design, planning, and resource allocation invested immediately in your project.
2. Eligibility for Refund
2.1 Full Refund
A full refund of your advance payment will be issued if:
- WebHubPro is unable to start your project within the agreed timeline due to our capacity issues.
- You cancel the project within 24 hours of making the advance payment AND no work has been started.
- WebHubPro fails to deliver the project significantly different from the agreed scope.
2.2 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued if:
- You cancel the project after work has started but before 50% completion — a refund of up to 25% of the advance may be considered based on work completed.
- There is a mutual agreement between WebHubPro and the client to terminate the project mid-way.
2.3 No Refund
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation after 50% or more of the project has been completed.
- Project cancellation due to client's change of mind after work has progressed beyond the initial draft stage.
- The client has received and approved the final delivered work.
- Delays or cancellation caused by the client's failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference changes that are outside the agreed project scope.
- Monthly social media or lead generation retainer payments after the service period has started.
- Domain registration and hosting fees paid to third-party providers on the client's behalf.
3. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund for dissatisfaction, we strongly encourage you to use your included revision rounds. Our revision process is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If after revisions you are still not satisfied, please contact us to discuss a resolution.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been granted, please:
- Contact us via email at info@webhubpro.in with your project details and the reason for your refund request.
- We will respond within 3 business days and work toward a fair resolution.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled under Indian arbitration law.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
- WebHubPro is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
