Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WebHubPro's services and website (webhubpro.in). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
WebHubPro provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Social media content creation (image prompts, video prompts, content calendars)
- Lead generation services
- SEO optimization
- Digital marketing consultation
The scope of each project is defined in the individual proposal or agreement shared with the client before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required before work commences on any project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files or website access are handed over.
- For ongoing monthly services, payment is due at the beginning of each month.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, or as mutually agreed.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in work pause or project cancellation.
3. Project Timeline
- Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith and depend on client feedback and content delivery.
- Delays caused by the client (late content delivery, delayed approvals) are not WebHubPro's responsibility.
- WebHubPro will communicate proactively if any delays occur on our end.
4. Revisions and Changes
- Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at ₹500–₹2,000 per round depending on the scope.
- Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised quote.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information, content, and branding assets in a timely manner.
- Ensure all content provided to WebHubPro does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Provide feedback within 5 business days of receiving drafts for review.
- Not use our work for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design and content created specifically for them.
- WebHubPro retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
WebHubPro's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Website Maintenance & Hosting
- If WebHubPro provides hosting services, uptime is subject to the hosting provider's SLA.
- WebHubPro is not responsible for data loss due to hosting failures. Regular backups are recommended.
- Post-delivery maintenance is available as a paid ongoing service.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice.
- In case of client-initiated termination, the advance payment is non-refundable if work has already commenced.
- In case of WebHubPro-initiated termination due to client misconduct, all fees paid may be forfeited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
