These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WebHubPro's services and website (webhubpro.in). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
WebHubPro provides website design and development, social media content creation, lead generation services, SEO optimization, and digital marketing consultation. Scope is defined in individual proposals shared before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required before work commences
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion before final handover
- Monthly services billed at the beginning of each month
- Accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay
3. Project Timeline
- Timelines are estimates dependent on client feedback and content delivery
- Delays caused by late client response are not WebHubPro's responsibility
4. Revisions
- Each project includes revision rounds as specified in the proposal
- Additional revisions charged at ₹500–₹2,000 per round
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, client receives full ownership of completed work
- WebHubPro retains right to showcase work in portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing
6. Limitation of Liability
WebHubPro's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved in courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
